While there were very few negatives, it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom and a microwave in the kitchen. These are minor issues, but would have added a bit more convenience to my stay.

The private villa with a pool was a great choice for our stay. The rooms were clean and the open concept living area and pool were perfect for relaxation. The location was also a plus, as it was close to restaurants and shopping. we appreciated the free airport pick up, which made our arrival hassle-free.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The beds were also quite hard and uncomfortable.

The villas are a bit dated and the air conditioning remote controls were not very functional.

This place was perfect for us and our two young kids. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was great, with lots of restaurants and spas within walking distance. We also appreciated the good communication with Cathy and the convenient airport pick-up. this place had everything we could ask for during our stay in Bali.

Armen, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome, informative tour, and assistance with transportation. Our villa was upgraded to a private pool villa, which had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a quiet atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, providing a water cooler, fridge, fresh fruit, and juice. a lovely and clean space with a beautiful garden.

The villa was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The full kitchen facilities were an added bonus.
